Season 2009 - Wrap Up
Fremantle finished fourteenth on the ladder last year with six wins, however, there is a silver lining in the young players
that showed they can move the club forward. Stephen Hill, Nick Suban, Greg Broughton and Matt de Boer
gave fans plenty to be encouraged about.
As for Pavlich and Sandilands, it's was business as usual as they continue to be fantasy stars.
If you're looking for a team that racks up the fantasy points, look elsewhere because Fremantle was the dead last
when it came to scoring DT points.

Under The Gun
After leading the club in possessions, it would be hard to think why Paul Hasleby would be under pressure. But
his age and the up-and-coming crop of young players itching to get midfield time, Hasleby's numbers will be
on the decline. Signed a one year contract so look for Fremantle to gradually phase the old war horse as
Fremantle won't even come close to fighting for a finals spot.
Burning Question: Can Greg Broughton become a major ball winner?
A lot of fantasy owners hit the jackpot when they gave Broughton a spot on the team. A minimum salaried cash cow,
Broughton proceeded to score like a veteran who you could rely on each week to post good scores. As for 2010,
everyone about knows Broughton now but don't stop you from assuming he won't break through to be one of the better
scoring defenders in DT and SC.
Some fantasy football stats for Greg Broughton:
Averages DT (87) SC (98)
High DT (129) SC (159)
Low DT (43) SC (45)
